1. Return, refund and, replacement of faulty, expired or irrelevant products can be raised in our portal or at communication numbers.
2. No return, replacement and refund policy for damaged (post delivery), adulterated products.
3. In case of refund the amount will be credited in your given bank account in 15-30 days post approval from the Innoshopee team.
4. Return and replacement process time may vary from 1-5 days in case of local vendors and 15-20 days in case of other/distant vendors.
5. Shipping charge is non -refundable.
6. In case of return and replacement the product should meet the eligibility criteria to meet the policy and process approval.
